What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Providing one-on-one therapy to residents to help them improve mobility and independence.
- Collaborating with the rehab team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Tracking progress and modifying therapy plans as needed.
