Casual Advanced Practice Provider - Inpatient Hospital Medicine (Finance)



Nemours Children's Hospital Florida is currently seeking a casual pediatric Advance Practice Provider to work at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. Responsibilities include rounding on pediatric patients, well baby care, behavioral health and MRI H&Ps, consulting with the pediatric ED providers. The 18-bed pediatric unit at Lakeland Regional has all private rooms with family friendly amenities. Nemours providers at Lakeland Regional have access to more than 13 pediatric subspecialties in the outpatient clinic on site as well as all Nemours Pediatric subspecialists located in Orlando. The Nemours transport team provides transport to the Children's hospital for children requiring higher level care.

Qualifications:

  • Certification and Licensure as APRN/PA
  • BLS through AHA
  • APRN must obtain Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification if applying as a Family Nurse Practitioner within 3 years of hire.
