What you will do
The PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (“PMA”) team is looking for a sharp and strategic individual to join the team as a Product and Strategy Specialist to help PMA's overall client efforts. This job would be inclusive of support across all client functions, including marketing, client service, product development and business strategy. You will be part of flat team with broad responsibilities and need to be a creative thinker and entrepreneurial self-starter and eager to drive one of Prudential's and PGIM's most important strategic initiatives. In addition to excellence in crafting content in written and multi-media formats, you will also need proven project management capabilities.

This position is based in our office in Newark, New Jersey and will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
What you can expect
Pivotal role in supporting the product and strategy team across various domains including product development, business strategy, transactions, client service and marketing
Working with the team on determining the best product strategy and product development opportunities across affiliates for clients, understanding operational complexities and assisting in deploying proposed strategies
Developing asset class fluency and a solid understanding of PGIM's flagship credit strategies (public fixed income, private debt, and real estate debt)
Liaising with various groups within PMA and other PGIM affiliates to ensure all current client needs are met, prospective client requests are answered and assisting in ongoing communication on business strategy as it impacts the other PGIM affiliates.
Building and maintaining a cross-PGIM network of other investment professionals to help catalyze cross-affiliate opportunities.
Coordinating client communication and client coverage across PMA; responding to complex client inquires
Developing a deep understanding of the distinct institutional client segments (corporate pensions, public pensions, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers) and how PMA and PGIM capabilities and strategies map within the various channels.
Managing the preparation and review of all client presentation materials, in conjunction with PMA Marketing.
Attending appropriate prospect and client presentations.
Working with insurance and pension sales team to coordinate meetings, produce meeting notes, and assist in addressing follow-up questions.
Liaising with the strategy and marketing teams on PMA messaging on solutions.
Supporting cross-functional workstreams to deliver complex projects
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1-3 years of investment, investment solutions or sales, management consulting, or banking experience.
Passion for problem solving with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information for leadership or client audience.
Executive presence and the composure to interact with senior leaders.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
Effective team player, able to work with people of all levels.
High level of self-initiative, with strong integrity and ethics.
Organized, detail oriented, with strong project management skills.
Successful track record of working in a team environment.
Ability to take support a multi-national group.
Ability to travel as necessary.
Strong interpersonal, listening and writing skills.
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA) is a newly established investment business within PGIM responsible for providing institutional clients asset-liability management, portfolio strategy, and asset allocation
solutions utilizing PGIM's multi-asset class expertise with a focus on public and private credit. On behalf of its clients, PMA will oversee portfolio construction, execution, and management and will partner with PGIM affiliates including PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Private Capital, and PGIM Real Estate to deliver best in class private origination, credit underwriting, investment research, and risk management capabilities across a full range of asset classes.
