POSITION SUMMARY

The Master Electrician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, fixtures, and ensuring systems are functioning correctly in various settings, including residential, commercial, construction sites, and industrial buildings. They are also responsible for ensuring all permits are obtained when needed, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, as well as meet all safety standards and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Install and repair wires, fixtures, and control equipment
· Assist Electrical Trade Leads with re-work/re-designing of systems when needed
· Meet with Engineering Team regarding any re-work/re-design when needed
· Diagnose and resolve electrical issues both in the factory and on our construction sites
· Advise on electrical system maintenance and upgrades
· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
· Inspect electrical systems to ensure safety standards are met
· Ensure final product meets all code and safety standards
· Helps to oversee the electrical stations and coordinates needs with Area Managers, Supervisors, and QA in the factory
· Submit any changes needed to make the shops what staff need to get the job done
· Collaborate with the design team to optimize designs
· Step in when needed to help keep production line or construction work keeps moving
· Assist or complete weekly inventory for materials/supplies
· Assuring all materials/supplies needed to complete a job on site are available
· Communicate with Supply Chain when needed
· Oversee the entire on-site completion process. This includes pulling permits, organizing and managing all on-site work to its completion, and following through until final inspection is complete.
· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Completion of an Apprenticeship Program
? Completed 10,000 hours of documented experience
? Have held a Journeyman license for at least 1 year
? Successfully passed the Colorado Master Exam
? Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail
? Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
? Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
? Ability to read shops
? Demonstrates excellent communication skills



QUALIFICATIONS
? Completion of an Apprenticeship Program
