Sr Offering Management Specialist (Finance)
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified candidates will possess 2 years of Product Owner experience.
- Full term of experience must include: experience working in AGILE/SCRUM environment and experience with JIRA and Confluence; experience building complex software platforms working with product development teams; Smart Building Domain experience; understanding of Cloud enterprise solutions & technical know-how for SaaS offerings; familiarity with Azure cloud technologies and services running on the cloud; subscription licensing (ex. Zuora or similar); understanding of business priorities and the ability translate into engineering great products; strong technical skills and understanding of embedded and cloud native technologies and architecture; honed customer facing and marketing skills; strong tactical and strategic skills; strong financial acumen; an ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization.
- Telecommuting permitted up to three times per week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a product delivery for product to grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, and current product portfolio.
- Lead and execute daily engineering and development operations of your product, aligned to the Product Roadmap. Collaborate with the Product Line Manager and Director and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and drive agile scrum teams.
- Groom JIRA Stories and Epics for Product roadmap.
- Partner with cross functions.
- Deliver high quality products that delight customers.
- Lead change.
- Investigate market options for technology choices.
- Drive PI Planning workshops and manage multiple SCRUM Teams.
- Write clear and concise product features and groom backlog and stories.
- Work with Engineering to understand resource constraints. Drive commitment.
