This role is located at our Buffalo-NY facility.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the President of the North America Region. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires a trusted advisor who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Your Role:

  • Executive Support & Operations
    • Manage the EVP's complex calendar, daily workflow, priorities, and travel logistics to maximize time and focus.
    • Prepare and organize briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up items for meetings, ensuring the President is fully prepared.
    • Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions to challenges before they escalate.
    • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and communications with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Leadership Alignment & Coordination
    • Act as a connector between the EVP and senior leaders, ensuring priorities are communicated clearly and action items are tracked to completion.
    • Follow up on initiatives and projects, keeping the EVP informed of progress, risks, and key milestones.
    • Partner with the leadership team to streamline decision-making and ensure the EVP's time is focused on the most critical matters.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - ideally in an executive administrative or project management capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the President's voice.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with a direct leadership style and high-performance expectations.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,500.00 - $143,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
