Graphic Artist (Creative Design)

Sierra7, Inc. is seeking an experienced Graphic Artist who will provide their expertise in planning, designing, and producing graphic exhibits, including artistic considerations using technical knowledge and skills, in both physical and electronic form to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Suicide Prevention Interagency Management Support Program. This role is responsible for designing for a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, posters, and creating visual displays that require the organizations visual brand. In addition, the Graphic Artist will also be tasked with making visual representations of VHA goals, initiatives, and media that are used for outreach and marketing of multiple suicide prevention lanes of efforts.

Position Responsibilities:
Design, produce, and deliver a wide range of visual products, including infographics, brochures, fact sheets, posters, digital media, web graphics, presentations, and social media content to support suicide prevention messaging.
Ensure all design products and messaging aligns with VHA branding, federal communications standards, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Collaborate with suicide prevention program staff and stakeholders to conceptualize and develop creative visual solutions for campaigns, outreach initiatives, and educational materials.
Assist in the development of templates, style guides, and standardized visual assets for consistent branding and messaging.
Edit and update existing design products as program needs evolve.
Work with data analysts and subject matter experts to visually present data and program outcomes in clear and meaningful formats.
Provide design support for briefings, events, meetings, and other communication needs.
Maintain version control, file management, and organized archives of all design products.
