Doctors of Physical Therapy and Premier Rehab Physical Therapy have formed a partnership and are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator in the following areas: Golden Triangle, Keller Parkway, Viridian, Northlake, and Western Center. The ideal candidate will be interested in establishing a long-term career with a growing organization. They should be a self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. These qualities are essential for building strong relationships with both patients and the community.

Responsibilities include;

Greet patients Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology. Answering phones Patient registration/data entry Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collecting copay's and patient balances Patient scheduling-Schedule Management Patient Care assistance as needed Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Some days may require working into evening hours.
