Administrator, Transportation (Finance)



Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Transportation Administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Processing Crude Trucking Run Tickets, Over/Short Reports.
  • Process Crude Oil Run Tickets on a daily basis.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports, review and analysis of reports to ensure accurate payment to operators.
  • Research ticket discrepancies working with company supervisors and third party operators to resolve errors.
  • Respond to producer questions regarding loads recorded and associated payments.
  • Provide Trucking Operation Supervisors with reports of drivers that are having repeated errors on tickets.
  • Answer phones as needed, copy, scan and fax required documents to field personnel.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan; meets payroll and accounting deadlines.
  • Respond to owner phone calls or written inquires.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • Experience in 10 key is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at various levels of the organization, in a business-like and professional manner is required.
  • Takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. Quickly and efficiently completes tasks.
