Core Responsibilities of Supervisor Assistant:
Lead production operators to ensure production activities are performed safelyRecognize roadblocks that prevent meeting goals and objectives and make suggestionsEffectively communicate production adherance to schedule and staffing resultsDetermine and communicate job assignments to production operators, maintain rotation matrixEnsure operators are properly trained and certified on the equipmentContinuously support and encourage production operators to work as a team, be positive, grow their skills, and meet production line performance goalsAssist the Production Supervisor in evaluating and coaching production operators
