Billing / Contract Review Coordinator (Administrative)
Prepare invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering, construction, and inspection industries, including, but not limited to:
State, County, and Local Agencies
Federal Government
Private Companies and Individuals
Assist in the preparation of proposals for new projects and pursuits
Aid office staff with miscellaneous administrative functions
Review contracts to ensure all items are correct
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of experience in invoicing public and private clients within the transportation engineering, construction engineering, and inspection industries is preferred
Familiarity with West Virginia Division of Highways policies
Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software
Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint operating system is preferred
Understanding of contract language and the ability to ensure accuracy
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
