EviCore Diagnostic Solutions Sr. Product Manager - Product Management Senior Advisor

The EviCore Diagnostic Solutions Sr. Product Manager is responsible for leading and supporting product strategies aimed at maximizing growth of the Diagnostic Solutions product portfolio.

As part of the EviCore Product team, this individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining product vision for their respective products, leading the ongoing analysis and evaluation of the market and competitive landscape, driving opportunity identification, business case development, and prioritization, and executing on product strategies to grow our Diagnostic Solutions products.

The Diagnostics Solutions Sr. Product Manager will:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for their respective programs, aligning with organizational goals and growth strategies
  • Drive ongoing discovery and opportunity identification through business case development, prioritization, and stakeholder feedback
  • Serve as the product expert and key decision maker; demonstrating keen product knowledge spanning product features, business processes, product performance, and strengths and opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to represent product in client facing meetings, ensuring proper product positioning inclusive of performance and trends; leverage client feedback and insights to drive future product opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for escalations and problem solving, seeking to understand root cause and prevent recurrence
  • Proactively collect and analyze data and insights to inform roadmap decisions that drive meaningful, measurable product improvements
  • Develop and operationalize new product concepts focused on building foundational capabilities and ensuring cross-functional readiness
  • Identify and champion opportunities to diversify product offerings to meet evolving stakeholder needs
  • Create and leverage strong relationships with business and operations teams, as well as shared service partners such as Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and vendors to ideate, plan for, and deliver upon product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead through ambiguity by translating complex, undefined challenges into clear strategic direction and executable plans
  • Communicate proactively, leading through changes impacting product(s) and ensuring that others are well equipped and prepared for changes

Experience &/or Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a product management and/or strategy role
  • 10+ years experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Tenacious self-starter; independent thinker and leader with demonstrated leadership in driving solutions from concept to delivery
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment through structure, clarity, and strategic direction
  • Strategic and creative thinker; ability to translate strategies into actions, requirements and implementation
  • Highly organized; ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to take complex information and convey in a consumable fashion
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen; knowledge of pricing methodologies and/or business case development preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,700 - 184,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
