Recruiter (Human Resources)



The Electrical Recruiter is responsible for identifying all company hiring needs and sourcing/hiring candidates with a focus on commercial and industrial electrical construction while providing superior service to all departments and hiring managers.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner closely with regional and HR leadership to understand specific needs and achieve local hiring objectives
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions through proactive sourcing, leveraging community partner relationships, and job fair attendance
Accurately maintain detailed recruiting process tracking and produce accurate job offers through our applicant tracking system
Screen potential candidates to ensure that they meet the required qualifications for the position
Actively utilize the Culture Index behavioral survey to supplement your screening/selection process


Job Requirements:

1- 2 years' electrical field experience or experience in the construction industry is preferred
3+ years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities under stress
Possess a clear understanding of and ability to verbalize what it takes to be successful long-term as an electrician or electrical field leader and to be able to identify those traits in others
Competency in MS Office, as well as the aptitude to learn other systems
